If you become ill, please report any call offs to the corporate office as soon as possible by calling 319-393-6162 or 800-249-6161. Employees may also complete a Call-Off Form.

RETURN TO WORK

Employees should be fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication and their symptoms should be improving.
