Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. will implement a sign on bonus for specific accounts. This program is intended to recruit & retain to our firm qualified & responsible custodians.

You must be placed in the facility that is offering the sign-on bonus. After 30 days of continuous employment in the qualifying facility, payment in the amount of $50 per month for five (5) months will be paid. To qualify for payment you must be actively working in the qualifying facility and have had perfect attendance for the month. If you miss days for any reason you will forfeit the bonus for that month.

A signed agreement must be attached to the application using guidelines above.  If completing an application on line, this will be included to with completed application.
